State pumping is working yourself into a peak state before approaching — music, dancing, a wing shouting, sometimes alcohol. RSD nightgame used it. It helps some beginners take the first step. It also produces the man who is "on" for twenty minutes and then crashes. [1] House reading: lower the ask until you can open sober and small. Peak state is optional. Approach anxiety is trained down by volume, not by a playlist.
