Peak state is RSD-era jargon for a pumped inner state before the walk-up: music, dancing, a wing shouting. later pickup writing does not make it the lead. The Newbie assignment trains approaching in ordinary mood.[1][2]
In practice
In practice: a peak is fine. Needing a peak to go outside is approach anxiety with a playlist. Congruence in Chase's sense is matching ordinary intent, not a rave.
