Masks (Commons). A reframe is a new interpretation of the beat.

A reframe changes the meaning of what was just said without arguing the facts. In pickup it is the usual answer to a shit test: she names your approach as "hitting on us"; you name it as "I had a question for the polite people in the group." She asks your weekend plans as a trap; you answer as if she were inviting you. [1] Frame is the standing interpretation. A reframe is the move that replaces it.
