Congruence is inner-game jargon for inner state matching words and body. RSD sold it hard: if you say you are relaxed and you look like a hostage, she believes the hostage.[1]
House reading: this is calibration plus not lying. It is not a reason to skip the Newbie assignment until you feel congruent.
