Sprezzatura is practiced ease: doing the difficult thing as if it cost nothing. Amante lists it under social Attractiveness fundamentals as "minding the Law of least effort." In pickup it is the opposite of trying-too-hard — the visible sweat that turns a DHV into a DLV.
