Sexualization is moving the frame from "friendly stranger" to "this could be sexual" without a TED talk. Eyes, pace, a remark that is not deniable as buddy-talk, kino that is not a handshake. Later pickup literature treats the friend zone as failed sexualization plus failed logistics, not as a mysterious curse.[1]
Method
Do it early enough that she can opt out, not after you have built a platonic résumé:
- Intent she can see: eyes, pace, a remark that is not deniable as buddy-talk.
- Kino that matches the beat — not a handshake frozen for twenty minutes, not a leap. If she stiffens, you stop that beat.
- Lead toward privacy (isolation, a bounce) once the frame is sexual. Standing in the group joking forever is how you get the friend zone.
Calibration decides how early. Mystery-era kino ladders were one mechanical version. Chase wants visible intent, not a checklist of body parts. Enthusiastic consent is the stop rule, not a later hoop.
