Identity-level congruence is iceberg wording for congruence that goes through the self, not just the sentence. Usual claim: you must be something first. Then the line, the lead, the night can match. See authenticity.[1][2]
Method
- Build the self (fundamentals, calendar, standards).
- Then drop the bit that doesn't fit.
- The Newbie assignment is the on-ramp, not a feeling.
Failure mode
Calling yourself identity-congruent while still auditioning. The field disagrees.
