Draw with your presence is iceberg wording for occupying space so people notice you before you speak. In practice: open body language, still feet, a face that is not scanning for threat. It is a fundamental. It is not staring down the bar.[1][2]
Method
- Slow down the walk-in. Assignment posture.
- Stop fidgeting the phone.
- Then open. Presence without a walk-up is just standing there.
