Love bombing is pop jargon for a flood of intensity early — praise, future-talk, constant contact. In practice: sometimes it is neediness in a romantic hat. Sometimes it is a warning about control. Later pickup wants spark plus a life, not a firehose on day one.[1][2][3]
Method
- Don't dump a future in week one.
- Don't require her to match the firehose.
- Seed a real next beat instead of a novel.
Failure mode
Calling every compliment love bombing. Or doing it and calling it romance.
