Seeding is planting a later beat while the current one is still alive: a place you both might go, a joke you will cash in ten minutes from now, "I know a quieter bar two blocks over." Mystery-era time bridge is the same job with a script. Chase Amante's school treats it as logistics in advance — not a clever line, a map.[1][2]
If you seed a venue you cannot actually reach, you are lying. That is incongruent. See Congruence.
