Compliance is how willing she is to do a thing you asked: move seats, hold a drink, give a number, leave the bar. Pickup uses it as a thermometer for attraction and comfort. A yes-ladder is a sequence of rising asks. A compliance test can also run the other way — she asks you to do something to see who is leading. [1] High compliance is not a substitute for enthusiastic consent on sex. It is a description of social momentum.
