Sexual tension is the charge in an interaction that is not yet sex and is not just friendliness. Girls Chase writing (eye contact, teasing, kino, frame) treats it as something you can raise or kill. You kill it by over-talking, by stacking compliments, by never stating intent, or by rushing past her IODs.
House tools that raise it: the look (eye contact), a slow direct open, a little repartee, logistics that imply a next place. House tools that fake it: routines, a predatory stare with no warmth, negging aimed at a wound.
