Qualification is screening her for traits you actually want — and getting her to invest — after she has already shown some interest. Mystery Method put it at A3: she is interested; now she has to be interesting. Two jobs at once: you demonstrate standards, and she talks herself into the scene. The older sense of "qualify" is you auditioning for her; that is the mistake A3 inverts. Real screens are allowed. Fake "do you cook?" lines are not. Sex is not a hoop you trick her through. If you cannot name what you would walk away from, you are performing Mystery, not qualifying anyone. (Full article...)
