The double text is folk terror: two messages before she replies. In practice: a logistics double ('Thursday 7, the bar on X') is fine. A hunger double ('hello??') is neediness. Chase would rather you be in person.[1][2]
Method
- If you have a new fact, send it. If you have anxiety, don't.
- One plan per thread.
- If she goes quiet, don't chase in the inbox.
Failure mode
Never following up a useful text because of a meme. Or stacking five.
