Identity-level congruence is iceberg wording for congruence that goes through the self, not just the sentence. Usual claim: you must be something first. Then the line, the lead, the night can match. See authenticity.

Method

1. Build the self (fundamentals, calendar, standards).
2. Then drop the bit that doesn't fit.
3. The Newbie assignment is the on-ramp, not a feeling.

Failure mode

Calling yourself identity-congruent while still auditioning. The field disagrees.
