Attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, secure) are pop psych on the iceberg. In practice: they name leaks (neediness, disappearing). They are not a substitute for the Newbie assignment. If the label doesn't change a behavior this week, it is trivia.[1][2]
Method
- Anxious: volume, a life, stop the invoice.
- Avoidant: practice staying in a beat you actually want.
- Don't diagnose her in set.
Failure mode
