Method
- After the outing, one page: what you did, what you told yourself, what you will do different.
- Hunt venomous beliefs ('women are X') only insofar as they change behavior. This wiki does not do politics.
- Then go back out. Introspection without the field is a hobby.
Failure mode
Journaling instead of approaching. Or never looking, repeating the same night.
