Going caveman is Mystery-era slang for escalating physically while reducing verbal contact — less story, more lead.[1]
As a description of not talking a kiss to death, it is ordinary. As a how-to for ignoring hesitation, it is out of scope. Kino plus calibration plus enthusiastic consent is the house stack.
