Sarging
Field Pickup
Also known as sarge, nanpa
Origin Speed Seduction / ASF era

Sarging is going out with the explicit intent to meet women — a session of cold approach, not a night that might happen to include one. Ross Jeffries coined it (PUA lore: named after his cat, Sarge). The Japanese-adjacent ASF synonym is nanpa. A sarge is the outing; a field report is the write-up.

The desktop glossary on this machine (January 2024) defines it the same way in civilian English: going out specifically to meet and attract potential partners.
