Congruence is the match between what you feel, what you want, and what she can see: voice, face, posture, timing. If those disagree, she believes the body.[1]A later version is practical: say what you mean, do not perform a relaxed man while gripping the drink, do not run direct game as a line if you are still auditioning. Mystery Method and later RSD used the same word;
In practice
Congruence is calibration plus not lying. It is not a reason to skip the Newbie assignment until you "feel congruent." Volume trains the match. Affirmations do not.
Typical leaks:
- Words say abundant; face says one-itis.
- Words say teasing; body is still, eyes beg.
- Qualification questions asked from hunger — she hears a job interview, not standards.
- "I am just a fun guy" while you wait for her to save the night.
Neediness is the usual inner name for that leak. Outcome independence is the training opposite: this interaction may die and you still have a night.
Other schools
RSD. Sold congruence as the whole art: if the inner picture matches, outer game is optional. Useful as diagnosis. Useless as an excuse to skip talking to people.
Mystery-era. Less vocabulary, same tell: stacked routines with a frozen face.
London daygame. Congruence shows up as not switching personalities between the street stop and the Day 2.
Failure mode
Waiting to be congruent before you go outside. Congruence is a result of going outside with a real intent, then noticing the mismatch, then running the same intent again without the fake smile.
