Posture is a body fundamental: back, head, shoulders, chest, stance. The Newbie assignment day 2 is a posture drill in the venues from day 1 — lift the chest, shoulders back, head parallel, walk, and watch whether the street answers differently. [1] It is often listed first under body fundamentals. It is trainable the same day. Most of it slips back, which is why beginner drills return to walk.
