A sticking point is where you keep dying: you do not open, you interview, you take numbers that never become dates, you freeze at the kiss. later pickup coaching splits them into outer game (what you did) and inner game (what you told yourself).[1]
Method
- After a night, write one outer leak and one inner leak. Not a novel.
- Next outing, change one behavior. The assignment is a sticking-point machine.
- Recurring 'what if' without field time is not a sticking point. It is stalling. See shoot first.
Failure mode
Collecting twenty sticking points and working none. Or calling 'I need more inner game' when the leak is you do not walk up.
